Below is a handy starter pack/check list which i’ve created over the years. I often use this before I race as a sort of check list to make sure I don’t forget anything (once forgot my shoes ..nightmare!)

Notes:

  1. This is pretty good for anything up to 70.3 distance, full Ironman often require more ‘stuff’. I have another checklist for that!

  2.
